Our vast range of carpet underlays is ideal for all types of properties, from apartments, houses or commercial. We aim to make your carpet last longer and help to save you on those heating bills.
We have several different types of carpet underlay and before you decide which one is right for you, take a look at this further information.
PU Foam (Polyurethane Foam) - This is a popular choice for most domestic fittings because it's lightweight, easy to install and provides a warm and luxurious feel underfoot. For our best underlay, choose Plushwalk 12mm.
Wool Felt Underlay - This is manufactured using 100% recycled material and is eco-friendly. This will provide comfort underfoot and top-notch sound and heat insulation.
Combination Underlay - Made from felt and crumb rubber you get the best of both here. The heat and sound insulation are of an excellent standard and it can be used in high traffic areas.
Rubber Underlay - This particular underlay used to be the top seller. It is long-lasting and brilliant for high traffic areas; however, not as luxurious underfoot as the PU Foam is likely to be.
Crumb Rubber Underlay - perfect for heavy footfall areas that need some added protection. Particularly useful for commercial properties.
Double-Stick Underlay: Again, this underlay is mainly used for commercial and heavy footfall areas. This is the underlay you will want to choose if you require it for double-stick purposes.
